In our parish you will find a wide variety of groups and organisations, there’s something for everyone and all are welcome!
Choir practices are usually held in All Saints church on every other Thursday at 7.30 p.m.

All Saints’ Sunday school ‘Saints Alive’ meets during the 9:30 service on the first and third Sundays.

St James’ Sunday School meets during the 11.00 a.m. service.

St. James have a Children's Corner during the 11.00 a.m. service.
Regular meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month in St Francis House.

Bible Studies are held on the first Monday of each month at 7.30 p.m. in St Francis’ House.

This is our mother and toddler group and meets 9.15 - 11.30 a.m. on Wednesdays during school terms at All Saints.

Smile Parent & Toddler Group meets at St James during term time on a Thursday afternoon from 1.30 p.m. until 3.00 p.m..

The Homegroup meets once a month on a Wednesday and Thursday from 7.30 to 9.30 p.m.

We meet on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7.30 p.m. in All Saints church for between 30 and 40 minutes of quiet prayer.

The Mothers’ Union Group will be holding their Annual General Meeting on 25th February, at which there will be a proposal and it is anticipated that this group of the Mothers’ Union will cease.
There will remain another Mothers’ Union Group within our Parish of Kirklees Valley and they meet at St James on the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm.

We meet on the second Thursday of the month in the Chapel at 7.30 p.m.
This month’s meeting takes place on February 14th with guest speaker Elizabeth Stone talking about the Inca Trail.

Choir practices this month will be held on Thursdays, 2nd and 16th February at All Saints’ Church, at 8.00 p.m.
In addition to regular Sunday hymns, these will include practice for the Christmas carol service.
Any changes or additions to these dates will be advised for inclusion in the Weekly Sheet.

On 13th February we will be making Valentine’s flowers – please bring spray carnations.

There will be a Bible Study group on Monday 6th February at 7.30 p.m.
All are welcome to share in this time of study and reflection on God’s Word.

Following a discussion at the AGM on 21st September, the All Saints’ Ladies Club will no longer have regular meetings because of falling numbers. The few remaining members will meet informally from time to time. The Club has been in existence continuously since September 1949.
